Set up Google AdWords with about 400 keywords targeting local searches for residential snow clearing. During the three-month campaign:
- 28% conversion rate
- 837 clicks resulted in 231 unique completed quotes
- ~50% provided contact info and permission to follow up
- 28 online purchases accounted for 10% of sales
(compared to only 8 online sales in the previous 3 years)

Due to lack of original images (or suitable stock images), I followed a few operators on their routes one morning to capture some action. Unfortunately, it was an unremarkable storm and I only caught the tail end of the service shift.
